- Mandates the Supreme Court to assign two (2) additional branches of the Regional Trial Court in Koronadal City and two (2) additional branches in the Municipality of Surallah, Province of South Cotabato. (Section 2)
- Requires the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, to immediately include the operationalization of the additional branches in the Court's program, with funding to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
- Specifies that the Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 4)

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Section 14, paragraph (I) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, as amended, otherwise known as "The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980", is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"(1) Forty-five Regional Trial Judges shall be commissioned for the Eleventh Judicial Region. There shall be:
