ARTICLE I
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 1. Title. - This Act shall be known as the "Charter of the Province of Quezon del Sur".
Sec. 2. Province of Quezon del Sur. - There is hereby created a new province from the present Province of Quezon to be known as the Province of Quezon del Sur, consisting of the municipalities of Agdangan, Buenavista, Catanauan, General Luna, Macalelon, Mulanay, Padre Burgos, Pitogo, San Andres, San Francisco, San Narciso, Unisan, Alabat, Atimonan, Calauag, Guinayangan, Gumaea, Lapel, Perez, Plaridel, Quezon and Tagkawayan.
