- July 31 of every year is declared a special non-working holiday in the entire Province of Marinduque. (Section 1)
- This is to commemorate the victory of Filipino revolutionists in the Battle of Paye that took place on July 31, 1900.
Commemorative Programs and Activities
- The provincial government of Marinduque and the Municipal Government of Boac, in coordination with the National Historical Institute, shall lead appropriate and meaningful commemorative programs and activities. (Section 2)
- These programs and activities shall be participated in by officials and employees of the national, provincial, and municipal government agencies and instrumentalities, as well as civic, religious, non-government, business, and civil society organizations.
- The purpose is to give significance and honor to the heroes and heroines of the Battle of Paye.
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 3)

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. July 31 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the entire Province of Marinduque to commemorate the victory of Filipino revolutionists in the Battle of Paye that took place on July 31, 1900.
Section 2.
