AN ACT DECLARING THE TWENTY-THIRD OF JUNE OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE ENTIRE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN AND THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. In commemoration of the "Foundation of the First Civil Government of the Province of Palawan after the American-Philippine War", June 23 of every year is hereby declared as a "Special Nonworking Public Holiday in the Province of Palawan and the City of Puerto Princesa".
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
