Summary of Republic Act No. 9538Establishment of an Integrated National School
- An integrated national school is established in Barangay Rizal, City of Sorsogon, Province of Sorsogon, to be known as Rizal Integrated National School. (Section 1)
- The school will be under the supervision of the Department of Education.
Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of Rizal Integrated National School in the Department's program. (Section 2)
- The funding for the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 3)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 4)

AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN INTEGRATED NATIONAL SCHOOL IN BARANGAY RIZAL, CITY OF SORSOGON, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON TO BE KNOWN AS RIZAL INTEGRATED NATIONAL SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled::
Section 1. Establishment of an Integrated National School. - There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an integrated national school in Barangay Rizal, City of Sorsogon, Province of Sorsogon to be known as Rizal Integrated National School.
Section 2. Appropriations. - The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of Rizal Integrated National School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
