- Commissioner of the National Integration Commission: ₱15,000
- Assistant Commissioner of the Tariff Commission and Deputy Administrators of the Philippine Veterans Administration: ₱12,000
- Section 2: Ranks constitutional officials and other national government officials based on the salaries fixed in Section 1. (Basis: Section 2)
- Section 3: Officials holding multiple positions shall not receive additional compensation or per diems for those positions. (Basis: Section 3)
- Section 4: Appropriates ₱1,500,000 to provide for the salary increases and allows the use of savings from government agencies to supplement the appropriation. (Basis: Section 4)
- Section 5: Does not repeal or modify approved reorganization plans under Republic Act No. 997, as amended, and does not reduce the salaries of current incumbents. (Basis: Section 5)
- Section 6: Amends inconsistent laws accordingly. (Basis: Section 6)

AN ACT FIXING THE SALARIES OF CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICIALS AND CERTAIN OTHER OFFICIALS OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Section 1. The salaries of constitutional officials and certain other officials of the National Government are hereby fixed as follows:
A. The annual salary of the President of the Philippines shall be sixty thousand pesos; the Vice-President of the Philippines, the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House Representatives, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the Auditor General, forty thousand pesos; the Senators and Members of the House of Representatives, and the Associate Justices of the Supreme Court, thirty-two thousand pesos each; the Chairman of the Commission of Elections, twenty-two thousand pesos; and the Members of the Commission on Elections, twenty thousand pesos each. The salary increases herein fixed shall take effect in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution.
