Monitoring and Coordinating Mechanism (Section 11):

- Chaired by DSWD Secretary, with DOJ, DOH, DTI, DILG as members and 5 NGO reps

Implementing Rules and Regulations (Section 9):

Title. - This Act Shall be known as the "Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010." Section 2.
