AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FISH PORT IN BARANGAY SABANG

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10624 AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FISH PORT IN BARANGAY SABANG, MUNICIPALITY OF CALABANGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. There shall be constructed, under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture (DA) through the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), a fish port in Barangay Sabang, Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur. Section 2. The PFDA, in coordination with the local government unit concerned, shall formulate the rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act. Section 3. The amount necessary for the construction of said fish port shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
