Reapportionment of the Province of Batangas into Six Legislative Districts

• Fifth Legislative District (Section 1e): Composed of the City of Batangas.

• Sixth Legislative District (Section 1f): Composed of the City of Lipa.

- Section 2 states that the incumbent Representatives of the Second and Fourth Legislative Districts shall continue to represent the City of Batangas and the City of Lipa, respectively, until the new Representatives of the Fifth and Sixth Legislative Districts are elected and qualified.
