Implementation
- The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue necessary rules, orders, and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act within 60 days from its effectivity. (Section 2)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)
