Summary of Republic Act No. 9085Separation and Conversion of Amas National High School - Onica Annex
- The Amas National High School - Onica Annex in Barangay Onica, City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato is separated from the Amas National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Onica National High School. (Section 1)
- The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 2)
Transfer of Personnel, Records, Assets, and Liabilities
- All personnel, records, assets, and liabilities of the Amas National High School - Onica Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Onica National High School. (Section 3)
Appropriation of Funds
- The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Amas National High School - Onica Annex. (Section 4)
- Thereafter, funds necessary for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Onica National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 5)

AN ACT SEPARATING THE AMAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL - ONICA ANNEX IN BARANGAY ONICA, CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO FROM THE AMAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND CONVERTING THE SAME INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS ONICA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Secion 1. The Amas National High School - Onica Annex in Barangay Onica, City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato is hereby separated from the Amas National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Onica National High School.
Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
