Separation and Conversion of School
- The Jacinto P. Elpa National High School-Bolhoon Annex in Barangay Bolhoon, Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Surigao del Sur is separated from the Jacinto P. Elpa National High School and converted into an independent national high school known as Bolhoon National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Jacinto P. Elpa National High School-Bolhoon Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Bolhoon National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Bolhoon National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Jacinto P. Elpa National High School-Bolhoon Annex. (Section 3)
- The amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
