Separation and Conversion of School
- The Kalinga National High School - Malalao Annex in Barangay Malalao, City of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga is separated from the Kalinga National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Eastern Kalinga National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Kalinga National High School - Malalao Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Eastern Kalinga National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Eastern Kalinga National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Kalinga National High School - Malalao Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
