Summary of Republic Act No. 10106Separation and Conversion of School
- The Zamboanga del Sur National High School - Sta. Lucia Annex in Barangay Sta. Lucia, City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is separated from the Zamboanga del Sur National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Sta. Lucia National High School. (Section 1)
Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Zamboanga del Sur National High School - Sta. Lucia Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Sta. Lucia National High School. (Section 2)
Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Sta. Lucia National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Zamboanga del Sur National High School - Sta. Lucia Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)

LUCIA, CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR FROM THE ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS STA. LUCIA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Zamboanga del Sur National High School - Sta. Lucia Annex in Barangay Sta. Lucia, City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby separated from the Zamboanga del Sur National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Sta. Lucia National High School.
