Penalties for Impersonating Foreign Diplomatic or Consular Agents
- Falsely assuming and acting as a foreign diplomatic, consular, or official with intent to defraud (Section 1):
  - Fine of up to 5,000 pesos, or imprisonment up to 5 years, or both
  - Additional penalties under the Revised Penal Code may apply
- Acting as an agent of a foreign government without prior notification and registration with the Secretary of Foreign Affairs (Section 2):
  - Fine of up to 5,000 pesos, or imprisonment up to 5 years, or both
  - Additional penalties under other laws may apply

Unauthorized Wearing of Foreign Uniforms or Regalia
- Wearing foreign naval, military, police, or official uniform, decoration, or regalia with intent to deceive (Section 3):
  - Fine not exceeding 200 pesos, or imprisonment up to 6 months, or both

Immunity of Foreign Diplomatic Agents
- Writs or processes against foreign ambassadors, public ministers, or their domestic servants are void (Section 4):
  - Imprisonment up to 3 years and fine up to 200 pesos for those involved
- Exceptions for citizens or inhabitants of the Philippines in service of ambassadors or ministers (Section 5)
  - Process allowed for debts contracted before service
  - Process allowed for domestic servants not registered with the Department of Foreign Affairs
- Violence against ambassadors or public ministers (Section 6):
  - Imprisonment up to 3 years and fine up to 200 pesos
  - Additional penalties under the Revised Penal Code may apply

Reciprocity Requirement
- Provisions apply only if the country of the affected diplomatic or consular representative provides similar protection to Philippine representatives (Section 7)

Effectivity
- The Act took effect upon its approval on October 21, 1946 (Section 8)
