An Act Upgrading the Land Transportation Office (LTO) District Office in San Jose City, Province of Nueva Ecija into a Class B LTO District Office, and Appropriating Funds Therefor

July 1, 2022 REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11893 AN ACT UPGRADING THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) DISTRICT OFFICE IN SAN JOSE CITY, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA INTO A CLASS B LTO DISTRICT OFFICE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR SECTION 1. The Land Transportation Office (LTO) district office in San Jose City, Province of Nueva Ecija is hereby upgraded into a Class B district office. SECTION 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's programs the upgrading of the LTO district office in San Jose City, Province of Nueva Ecija, the initial funding of which shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the existing Land Transportation Office (LTO) district office in San Jose City. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the continued operation of the upgraded San Jose City LTO District Office shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
