• HEIs must make the report publicly available through online, school paper, bulletin boards, or other means. (Section 4)

- Publication Duty of CHED (Section 5):
• CHED shall compile and publish annually on its website or in a newspaper of general circulation the reports collected from HEIs, including athletic conferences recognized by intercollegiate athletic associations.

- Reportorial Requirement (Section 6):
• CHED shall submit the reports required under Section 4 to Congress on an annual basis.

- Sanctions (Section 7):
• CHED shall impose disciplinary sanctions against HEI officials or employees found violating Section 4 reporting requirements, pursuant to Section 8 of Republic Act No. 7722 (Higher Education Act of 1994).

- Implementing Rules and Regulations (Section 8):
• Within 60 days of the Act's effectivity, CHED, in coordination with relevant associations, shall issue necessary rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act.

- Separability Clause (Section 9):
• If any provision is held invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and effective.

- Repealing Clause (Section 10):
• All laws, executive orders, decrees, instructions, rules, and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with this Act are hereby amended, repealed, or modified accordingly.

- Effectivity (Section 11):
• This Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11180 AN ACT REQUIRING HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS TO REPORT PARTICIPATION AND PROGRAM SUPPORT EXPENDITURES IN ALL COLLEGE ATHLETIC PROGRAMS SECTION 1. Short Title. — This Act shall be known as the "Athletic Programs Report Act." SECTION 2. Declaration of Policy. — It is the policy of the State to promote physical education and encourage athletic programs, league competitions and amateur sports, including training for international competitions, to foster self-discipline, teamwork, and excellence towards the development of a healthy and alert citizenry. All educational institutions are also mandated to undertake regular sports activities throughout the country in cooperation with athletic clubs and other sectors. In line with these objectives, both male and female athletes shall be given equal opportunities to receive proper training and participate in sports activities and competitions. SECTION 3.
