Separation and Conversion of School
- The Rodolfo V. Pamor Jr. Memorial National High School-Sagñay Southeastern High School Annex in Barangay Turague, Municipality of Sagñay, Province of Camarines Sur is separated from the Rodolfo V. Pamor Jr. Memorial National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Turague National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Rodolfo V. Pamor Jr. Memorial National High School-Sagñay Southeastern High School Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Turague National High School. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Turague National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriation of the Rodolfo V. Pamor Jr. Memorial National High School-Sagñay Southeastern High School Annex. (Section 3)
- The amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation Rules and Regulations
- Within sixty (60) days after the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall promulgate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
