MALACAÑANGManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 1164 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED WITHIN THE UPLB COMPOUND, LOS BAÑOS, LAGUNA, AS AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S.
