MALACAÑANGRESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENTOF THE PHILIPPINESManila Proclamation No. 98 DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 13, 1954, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAGALANG, PAMPANGA WHEREAS, the ninety-fifth anniversary of the creation of the municipality of Magalang, Pampanga, falls on December 13, 1954; and WHEREAS, the people of said municipality desire to be given full opportunity to celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, Ramon Magsaysay, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, to hereby declare Monday, December 13, 1954, as a special public holiday in the municipality of Magalang, Pampanga. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
