Declaring National Cultural Treasures
- The following are declared as National Cultural Treasures (Section 1):
• Sta. Ana Site Museum in Manila
• Roman Catholic Churches of Paoay and Bacarra in Ilocos Norte
• San Agustin Church and Liturgical objects therein in Intramuros, Manila
• Fort Pilar in Zamboanga City
• Petroglyphs of the Rock-shelter in Angono, Rizal
• Petroglyphs of Alab, Bontoc
• Stone Agricultural Calendars of Dap-ay Guiday in Besao, Bontoc
• Mummy Caves of Kabayan, Benguet and of Sagada and Alab, Bontoc
• Ifugao Rice Terraces of Banaue
- Their preservation, restoration and/or reconstruction shall be under the supervision and control of the National Museum in collaboration with the Department of Tourism (Section 1).

Declaring National Shrines, Monuments, and/or Landmarks
- The following are declared as National Shrines, Monuments and/or Landmarks (Section 2):
• Barasoain Church in Malolos, Bulacan
• Tirad Pass in Cervantes, Ilocos Sur
• Miagao Church in Miagao, Iloilo
• Site of the Battle of Mactan on Mactan Island, Cebu
• San Sebastian Church in Quiapo, Manila
• Church and Convent of Sto. Niño in Cebu City
- Their preservation, restoration and/or reconstruction shall be under the supervision and control of the National Historical Commission in collaboration with the Department of Tourism (Section 2).

Funding
- ₱500,000.00 is authorized to be appropriated for the National Museum (Section 3).
- ₱500,000.00 is authorized to be appropriated for the National Historical Commission (Section 3).
- Subsequent funds shall be incorporated in the Annual Budget (Section 3).

Authority to Declare Additional Sites
- The National Museum and the National Historical Commission are vested with the right to declare other historical and cultural sites as National Shrines, Monuments, and/or Landmarks, in accordance with R.A. 4846 and the spirit of this Decree (Section 4).

Modification or Repeal of Inconsistent Laws
- The provisions of R.A. 4846 and R.A. 4368 and other laws which are inconsistent with this Decree are accordingly modified or repealed (Section 5).

Effectivity
- This Decree shall take effect immediately (Section 6).
