- A regular district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) shall be established in the Municipality of Pagsanjan, Province of Laguna. (Section 1)
- This office shall serve the Fourth Congressional District of Laguna and the neighboring provinces and towns. (Section 1)
Operationalization and Funding
- The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's programs the operationalization of the regular LTO district office in Pagsanjan, Laguna. (Section 2)
- The funding for the operationalization shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11750
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REGULAR DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGSANJAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a regular district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Pagsanjan, Province of Laguna which shall serve the Fourth Congressional District of Laguna and the neighboring provinces and towns.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's programs the operationalization of the regular LTO district office in the Municipality of Pagsanjan, Province of Laguna, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
