Establishment of Isaac Tolentino Memorial Medical Center
- A Level III-general hospital shall be established in Tagaytay City, Cavite, to be known as the Isaac Tolentino Memorial Medical Center. (Section 1)
- The hospital shall specialize in sports and rehabilitation medicine. (Section 1)

Management and Development
- The Tagaytay City Government shall manage the hospital. (Section 2)
- A hospital development plan shall be prepared in consultation with the Department of Health, aligned with the Philippine Health Facility Development Plan. (Section 2)
- Future increases in bed capacity, facilities, services, and human resources shall be based on the hospital development plan. (Section 2)

Funding and Support
- The Tagaytay City Government shall provide necessary funds for the establishment of the hospital. (Section 3)
- The Department of Health shall include support for the capital outlay requirements of the hospital in its subsidy program. (Section 3)

Separability Clause
- If any provision is declared unconstitutional, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. (Section 4)

Repealing Clause
- All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 5)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 6)
