MALACAÑANG PALACEManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 392 EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 33, DATED JULY 26, 1904, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 65, DATED AUGUST 22, 1913, AND RESERVING, SETTING APART, AND DESIGNATING AS PAGSANJAN GORGE NATIONAL PARK FOR THE BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES, THE PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CAVINTI AND LUMBAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby exclude from the operation of the provisions ,of Executive Order Numbered Thirty-three, dated July twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and four, as amended by Executive Order Numbered Sixty-five, dated August twenty-second, nineteen hundred and thirteen, reserving the Caliraya Falls Reserve, the parcel of land situated in the municipalities of Cavinti and Lumban, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon; and pursuant to the provisions of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and fifteen, entitled "An Act providing for the establishment of national parks,...
