Increase in Bed Capacity of Lingayen District Hospital
- The bed capacity of Lingayen District Hospital in Lingayen, Pangasinan is increased from 60 to 100 beds. (Section 1)
- Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital's development plan prepared by the Chief of Hospital. (Section 1)

Upgrading of Facilities and Services
- The existing professional health care services and facilities shall be upgraded to match the increased bed capacity. (Section 2)

Increase in Workforce
- The existing workforce, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, shall be increased correspondingly. (Section 3)

Funding
- The Provincial Government of Pangasinan shall provide necessary funds to support the increase in bed capacity and upgrading of facilities and services. (Section 4)
- The Department of Health (DOH) shall include its support for the capital outlay requirements of the hospital in its subsidy program. (Section 5)

Separability Clause

Repealing Clause

Effectivity
