Pursuant to the provisions of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and forty-eight, Philippine Commission, entitled "An Act to regulate the use of public forests an forest reserves in the Philippine Islands," I hereby reserve and set apart for public forest purposes and designate as a forest reserve within the meaning of said Act the following-described parcel of public domain in the barrio of Malinao, municipality of Atimonan, Province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon, to wit:
Beginning at point marked 1 on plan, N. .74° 54' W.; L92.21 m. from B. L. B. M.
