- Pursuant to Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, the boundaries of Parcels I and II of Alabat Forest Reserve are changed as follows:
Lot I:
• Detailed boundary description with coordinates and tree markers covering an area of approximately 1,179 hectares.
Lot II:
• Detailed boundary description following the coastline covering an area of approximately 40.96 hectares.
Lot III:
• Detailed boundary description following the edge of a swamp covering an area of approximately 70.20 hectares.
Lot IV:
• Detailed boundary description with coordinates and tree markers covering an area of approximately 2,381.40 hectares.
Lot V:
• Detailed boundary description following the coastline and edge of a swamp covering an area of approximately 241.48 hectares.
Lot VI:
• Detailed boundary description following the coastline and edge of a swamp covering an area of approximately 276.48 hectares.
Lot VII:
• Detailed boundary description with coordinates and tree markers covering an area of approximately 1,923.44 hectares.
Lot VIII:
• Detailed boundary description following the coastline and edge of a swamp covering an area of approximately 317.44 hectares.
The total area of the forest reserve is approximately 6,430.40 hectares.

Proclamation No. 419
RE-AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 31, SERIES OF 1917, ESTABLISHING PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN THE ISLANDS OF ALABAT AND POLILLO, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, AS FOREST RESERVES.
Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighteen hundred and twenty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby re-amend Proclamation Numbered Thirty-one, dated July thirty-first, nineteen hundred and seventeen, by changing the boundaries of parcels I and II of Alabat Forest Reserve, situated in the municipalities of Alabat, Quezon, and Perez, Island of Alabat, Province of Tayabas, and described in the Bureau of Forestry map No. P. R.-7-1, to wit:
