RESERVING FOR MILITARY TRAINING CAMP SITE TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN (LOTS NO. 1 AND 13 OF PLAIN IR-438) SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF BAYBAY AND SAN ISIDRO NORTE, MUNICIPALITY OF BINMALEY, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military training camp site, under the administration of the Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Bay bay and San Isidro Norte, municipality of Binmaley, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-438, to wit:
