Proclamation No. 379
RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF HUNGDUAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building site purposes, under the administration of the municipal district of Hungduan, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipal district of Hungduan, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-307, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-307, S. 58° 01′ E. 17.48 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Hungduan, thence N. 42° 03′ E. 55.55 m. to point 2; S. 31° 28′ E. 78.54 m. to point 3; S. 42° 25′...
