Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for penal colony purposes, under the administration of the Director of Prisons, subject to future delimitation and survey and to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Tupe, municipal district of Koronadal, and in the barrios of Dandiangas and Makar, municipal district of Buayan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands sketch plan, to wit: Parcel "A" (situated in the sitios of Taplan, Maltana, Marbol, Palian, Talañgan, Bulnabo, Tampakan, Nabol, Elnama, and Colodapoc, barrio of Tupe, municipal district of Koronadal, Province of Cotabato.)
