NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
On 22 April 1998, the Board of Governors of the Philippine Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") has adopted and approved the recommendation of the Listing Committee to delist all the securities of ACOJE MINING COMPANY, INC., for its failure to pay the required maintenance fee for the year 1998 despite several verbal and written demands, and for having been indefinitely suspended from trading by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) since April of 1987.
