November 18, 1997PSE LISTING CIRCULAR NO. 207-97SUBJECT:Additional Processing Fee for Amendments to an Approved Listing Application EXECUTIVE SUMMARYThe following is the provision for additional processing fee for the amendment of an approved listing application, approved and adopted by the Board of Governors:A. Request for Extension of Period to Offer and List and for Amendments to an Approved Listing Application1. After the approval of the application for listing and before the expiration of the period within which to offer and list as provided for in the Notice of Approval of Application and the Listing Rules, the applicant may file with the Listing Committee a request for extension of the said period only if the same is based on meritorious and reasonable ground(s), as determined by the Exchange. digest2. The Listing Committee shall consider the request for extension and recommend the denial or approval of the same to the Board of Governors.3. Should the request for extension contain material or substantial amendments to the terms and conditions of the approved listing application, the Listing Committee, with the...
