Anent BED CIRCULAR NO. 1 requiring the submission of periodic and other reports pursuant to Section 11 of the Revised Securities Act, be it known that the Commission has extended the period within which said reports may be filed. Cdpr
Hence, paragraph 2 of subject Circular has been amended to read as follows:
"The report must be filed with the Commission and/or Stock Exchanges within thirty (30) days after the last day March, June, September and December . . . ."
