EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The following are the amendments to the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange approved and adopted by the Board of Governors:
1. All listed companies shall submit an Annual Report to the Exchange within 105 days after the end of the fiscal year. In the preparation of the Annual Report, SEC Form 11-A shall be used.
2. All listed companies shall submit Quarterly Reports to the Exchange within 45 days from end of each quarter. In the preparation of the Quarterly Report, SEC Form 11-Q shall be used. cdtai
Listed companies are no longer required to submit separate semi-annual and audited financial reports since these already form part of SEC Forms 11-A and 11-Q above.
The foregoing rules shall be effective immediately upon publication thereof.
