AMLC RESOLUTION NO. 063-12
In the Memorandum dated 13 June 2012, the Anti-Money Laundering Council Secretariat (AMLCS) reported to the Council that:
On 02, 04, and 08 of May 2012, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee ("Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee"), established pursuant to UNSC Resolution 1267 (1999), removed certain entries in the Al-Qaida Sanctions List. 1 Accordingly, the asset freeze, travel ban, and arms embargo, set out in paragraph 1 2 of UNSC Resolution 1989 (2011) no longer apply to them.
The details of the entries removed from "Section A. Individuals associated with Al-Qaida" are as follows:
