November 14, 2012AMLC RESOLUTION NO. 108-12In its Memorandum dated 13 November 2012, the AMLC Secretariat (AMLCS) reported to the Council that: On 5 October 2012, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee ("Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee") established pursuant to Resolution 1267 (1999) removed an entry in the Al-Qaida Sanctions List. 1 The removal was made after concluding the consideration by the said Committee of the delisting requests submitted through the Ombudsperson, and after considering the Comprehensive Reports of the latter on the said requests.
