(A Rural Bank) The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Plan and Agreement and Articles of Consolidation of Rural Bank of Alabang (Muntinlupa), Inc. and Rural Bank of Mansalay (Oriental Mindoro), Inc. to be known as Banco Alabang, Inc. (A Rural Bank) on 11 May 2011. Effective 1 July 2011, the banking activities and transactions of Rural Bank of Alabang (Muntinlupa), Inc. and Rural Bank of Mansalay (Oriental Mindoro), Inc. have been consolidated under the corporate name Banco Alabang, Inc.
