Notice is hereby given that on October 24, 2007 a petition was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of SUN LIFE FINANCIAL PLANS INC. for the conversion 29,797 plans of unsold pension securities worth P400 Million from Sun Elite to Sun GEM.
