Please be informed that the Monetary Board (MB), in its Resolution No. 1376 dated 27 August 2015, approved the surrender/revocation of the banking and trust license of Asiatrust Development Bank (Asiatrust DB), in connection with the Purchase of Assets and Assumption of Liabilities of Asiatrust DB by Asia United Bank Corporation approved under MB Resolution No. 760 dated 10 May 2012.
