(the "Exchange"), in its regular meeting on May 28, 2008, approved the application of ATLAS CONSOLIDATED MINING AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ("AT" or the "Company"), to list additional 25,000,000 common shares to cover the Company's Comprehensive Stock Option Plan ("CSOP" or the "Plan") at a Purchase Price of P10.00 per share. cIADTCAs announced in Circular No. 5256-2012 dated July 11, 2012, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved on July 6, 2012, the Company's change in par value of AT shares from P10.00 to P8.00 per share. Such change in par value was reflected on the Exchange's trading system effective on October 24, 2012.
