M-2014-034TO:All Banks   SUBJECT:Availability of an Exchange for Long-Term Negotiable Certificates of Time Deposits (LTNCTDs) This is in accordance with the listing requirement of Long-Term Negotiable Certificates of Time Deposits (LTNCTDs) on an organized platform pursuant to BSP Circular No. 824 dated 30 January 2014. Please be advised that a platform will be available on 01 September 2014.
