2020SEC NOTICEBAGUIO EXTENSION OFFICEThe SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION-BAGUIO EXTENSION OFFICE (SEC-BEO) will be CLOSED to the public starting Tuesday, JUNE 30 until Friday, JULY 3.The SEC-BEO will be closed to facilitate disinfection of the office premises, after ONE (1) EMPLOYEE tested positive in rapid antibody tests for COVID-19, administered on Monday, JUNE 29. HTcADCSaid employee is now under strict home quarantine and will continuously be monitored, and has undergone confirmatory tests for COVID-19, the results of which we now await.The SEC-BEO shall temporarily stop receiving printed reports such as Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and the General Information Sheet (GIS), and other documents, but shall continue to review and evaluate documents for registration and amendments sent through webmail (in PDF format) to:[email protected]Pending monitoring requests shall also be facilitated through work-from-home arrangements in accordance with Civil Service Commission guidelines.For the time being, the public may send their queries, requests, and/or concerns to the above email address.FOR THE INFORMATION OF THE PUBLIC.Thank you.
