(A Rural Bank) — Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Rural Bank of Tabuk (Kalinga Apayao), Inc. to "Bangko Montañosa, Inc. (A Rural Bank)." The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name and the SEC issued the pertinent certification thereon on 25 April 2018.
