Please be informed that the Board of Directors of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. ("PSE" or the "Exchange"), in its regular meeting on February 13, 2013, approved the application of BENGUET CORPORATION (the "Company" or "BC"), to list additional 7,941,240 Class A common shares and 5,294,070 Class B common shares, with a par value of P3.00 per share, to cover the private placement transaction with RYM Business Management Corporation. The 7,941,240 Class A common shares were issued at P12.00 per share and the 5,294,070 Class B common shares were issued at P16.00 per share for a total transaction value of P180,000,000.00. 1 DAHCaI
In view thereof, the listing of the additional 7,941,240 Class A common shares and 5,294,070 Class B common shares of the Company is set for Monday, March 25, 2013.
