("PSE" or the "Exchange"), in its regular meeting on February 13, 2013, approved the application of BENGUET CORPORATION (the "Company" or "BC"), to list additional 7,941,240 Class A common shares and 5,294,070 Class B common shares, with a par value of P3.00 per share, to cover the private placement transaction with RYM Business Management Corporation.
