LA-0102-13TO:The Investing Public   SUBJECT:Benguet CorporationAdditional Listing The Exchange approved on April 8, 2008, based on the representation and documents submitted, the application of BENGUET CORPORATION ("BC" or the "Company") to list additional 4,202,400 common Class A shares, with a par value of P3.00 per share at an exercise price of P8.50 per share and 2,801,600 common Class B shares with a par value of P3.00 per share at an exercise price of P29.07 per share, to cover the Company's Stock Option Plan ("SOP" or the "Plan"). DCcHAaOn June 24, 2011, the Company's Board of Directors approved the distribution of the unavailed shares under the Plan to eligible participants.
