This Advisory is prompted by an inquiry received by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") from the public on whether or not BIG500PH is a legitimate company and on information gathered by the Commission through postings on the internet where BIG500PH promises to double your money within thirty (30) days upon giving an initial investment of at least five hundred pesos (Php500.00). Their members may also earn through their direct referral at fifteen pesos (Php15.00) through inviting. Investors can also earn daily, sponsor and binary bonuses as well as rewards such as cellular phones, laptops, motorcycles, sedan cars and SUV cars as posted on-line.
Per record of the Commission, BIG500PH is not registered with the Commission as a corporation or partnership nor is it authorized to solicit investments from the public since it has not secured prior registration and/or license from the Commission as prescribed under Sections 8 and 28 of the Securities Regulation Code.
