March 2, 2017SEC ADVISORYThis ADVISORY is prompted by inquiries and reports to the Commission that BRAINMAX HOLDINGS AND TRADING, INC. is soliciting investments wherein investors are promised a return of Forty Percent (40%) in four (4) months for a minimum investment of Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (Php25,000.00) which is allegedly reinvested in the stock market. Payment of return of investment is done through the issuance of postdated checks. HEITADThe public is hereby informed that based on the records of the Commission, BRAINMAX HOLDINGS AND TRADING, INC. is not authorized to solicit investments from the public as it has not secured the necessary license or permit from the SEC as required under Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC).
