October 6, 2005BSP MEMORANDUMTO :All Offshore Banking Units (OBUs) and Representative Offices (ROs) SUBJECT : BSP Adoption of the General Information Sheet (GIS) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Please be informed that the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has adopted the General Information Sheet (GIS) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as among the reports for periodic submission. The guidelines prescribed below shall apply in the submission of the GIS, as follows:1. All OBUs and ROs shall prepare a duplicate copy for BSP of the GIS submitted to the SEC.2. BSP's duplicate copy of the GIS shall be submitted to the Central Receiving Section (CRS) of the SEC. Said duplicate copy stamped received by the SEC shall be placed in a designated drop box located in the CRS of SEC. This shall apply for OBUs and ROs which, as of this date, have not yet submitted their most recent GIS to the SEC. DaEcTC3.
