BSP Adoption of the General Information Sheet (GIS) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

September 2, 2005BSP MEMORANDUMTO  :All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Intermediaries (NBFIs)   SUBJECT  :BSP Adoption of the General Information Sheet (GIS) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Please be informed that the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has adopted the General Information Sheet (GIS) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as among the reports for periodic submission. Attached as Annex A is the GIS. The guidelines prescribed below shall apply in the submission of the GIS, as follows: 1. All banks and NBFIs shall prepare a duplicate copy for BSP of the attached GIS submitted to the SEC in accordance with the General Instructions stipulated on the first page of the GIS. 2. BSP's duplicate copy of the GIS shall be submitted to the Central Receiving Section (CRS) of SEC. Said duplicate copy stamped received by the SEC shall be placed in a designated drop box located in the CRS of SEC. EITcaDThis memorandum shall take effect immediately.For strict compliance.(SGD.)
