NOTICE
The Commission will be conducting Public Seminars regarding the compliance of Financing Companies (FCs) and Lending Companies (LCs) in complying with the following regulations:
- REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3765, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "TRUTH IN LENDING ACT"
- PROHIBITION ON UNFAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES (SEC Memorandum Circular No. 18, Series of 2019)
- DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS ON ADVERTISING OF FINANCING AND LENDING COMPANIES AND REPORTING OF ONLINE LENDING PLATFORMS (SEC Memorandum Circular No. 19, Series of 2019)
